Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provide high-quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands.
The Trust delivers over 100 clinical services, out in peoples’ homes and in over 200 hospitals, health centres and clinics.
It provides services for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
Delivered in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, this service also provides all primary healthcare for prisoners at HMP Birmingham.
